As a kinesiologist, I am often asked to give advice regards nutrition to my friends and collegues, and also create nutrition programs designed especially for them. Personally, I think I shouldn't do that and involve myself into the field in which I'm not categorized in and educated enough. Also, I see a lot of "fitness trainers" who graduated from 3 months course and now they're calling themselfs experts not just in fitness but also in nutrition. I think playing with this is really dangerous, because everyone is so individual and special in their own unique way and you could really make huge mistakes if you are not well educated.

What do you think about this problem in the world? What are the solutions? And also, what are the best methods in creating individual nutrition programs?
