We have been using the ABE457 antibody by Millipore for years to detect cFos staining in neurons. However, the last two lots we bought (in 2020 and 2021) did not give us the same staining than before (although the antibody do stain neurons in the hippothalamus, for example).

Anybody had a similar issue?
