I am trying to install pajek software 4.08 version 64bit win 8.1 OS, but every time, after installing it, i don't find the access to it. Are there other system tools required for working in Pajek or is it a problem related with my pc?
You should install Pajek to folder where you have also write permissions
(which is not read only).

I've not installed Pajek on Win 8 (only on 7 and earlier). But I think sometimes it may not place links on the desktop or in the start menu as you may be expecting. So you need to add one yourself - search for and find the pajek.exe file in its folder, right-click "create shortcut" and copy the shortcut to your desktop or the start menu as you prefer.
I'm trying to download pajek 5.10. e
Even though I had no problem dowloading PajekXXL, I'm not able to correctly download 32 nor 64 bit version of pajek 5.10
