Hello,
I cannot open files in LinRegPCR. I used the system separators in excel as indicated by the manual. However, when I select an excel sheet and click OK on the window "Read data from excel into LinRegPCR" a pop-up says "could not convert variant of type (Olestr) into type (Double)".
I have a LightCycler instrument working with capillaries, so my exported file has the extension .ixo and has to be converted in .xls.
I would be very grateful if you could help me solve the problem !

tengo el mismo problema, no puedo analizar mis datos porque me aparece el mismo error "variant of type (Olestr) into type (Double)", definitivamente no he encontrado ninguna solución al respecto y he intentado varias opciones pero no he conseguido lograr arreglar ese fallo... ¿hay algún otro programa para analizar la eficiencia en la amplificación del la RT qPCR?
