First, you should read English language journals in your discipline extensively to become familiar with the writing style and word choices used. Second, you could also participate in an English-speaking conference and get feedback from colleagues. Third, hire a copy editor who is familiar with your field of specialization. Have them not only correct what you have written but also describe patterns for you to address and suggest growth areas. Finally, submit your first article in English to a journal that is willing to provide the copy editing you need to have a high quality publication.

Writing a research paper is definitely a hard task to do. What makes it harder is writing it in a foreign language. You need to read. Reading research work relevant to your discipline, in my opinion, is the key to academic writing.
If you have access, attending some English-speaking workshops on how to do academic writing. You could also attend presentation/speaking courses to build your confidence in the language as well.
Once you are confident, you can attend English-speaking conferences to share your work and receive feedback.
One important thing is to practice and get feedback. That would help alot.
