I make RNA extraction from Ambrosia plant leaves with triozol methode, the problem that in the end i have low yield and bad absorbance at 260 is too low (less than 1 and it supposed to be between 1.8 and 23 ) ,from my reading found that the resone may be due to high penol content of the tissue , although i wash 3 times with choloroform and 3 time with ethanol .

why this happend and how to resolve it ?? neeed help
