I am facing a problem that PDF does not build properly during the submission of a revised manuscript in a journal. I contact the Team of that journal, they replied me but i did not understand. Kindly if anyone can understand or solve this problem. I will be grateful for him. Following are the steps:
Please be so kind to go through the following steps below, then rebuild the PDF.
1. Please verify that all associated TeX related files ( .sty, etc) files are uploaded to the submission.
2. Please verify that files are not referenced in sub-directories/subfolders, otherwise the paper will not build properly.
3. Please verify that all the .EPS image files are uploaded to the submission. Please verify that the EPS image files are not referenced in sub-directories/subfolders, otherwise your paper will not build correctly.
4. Please verify the EPS image name is correct in your TeX file.
After steps 1-4 above are reviewed/corrected, please rebuild your submission.
check all the TeX files are in the same root directory and try again.
I will advise that you start the submission process from the beginning
TeX is an old software used by some journal. Authors spent enough time in creating the research output, if the journal does not invest in updating its software and continues to put burden on the author to spend more time and effort to code and recode in TeX just to get the paper formatted, I recommend the author to look for better journals who is more in tune in today's publication technology and could show appreciation for good research and reearcher by removing formatting burden from the authors. A good journal looks for the quality of the research, it should not be overly concerned with paper formatting issues.
If the paper contains tables and equation, TeX poses quite unnecessary burden that wastes time in coding the format.

Dear Habtu Zegeye, once I was also in trouble. But I solved it. Actually, if your miktex is completely installed(full) on your laptop/computer, then during execution of the file it will catch few misprints e.g in references, if pages is written like 38-35, then it will not be executed but when you will replaced it by 38--35, then your file will execute. Also, Akbar's will not execute due to ' etc. Thus if your miktex is correctly(full) installed then you can easily make corrections in your text file but the problem is if it is not correctly installed, then your file will executed and you will not be able to find the misprints. So the same problem is with you. In the journal directory, there will be complete installation of the miktex thats why your file will not executed, because there will be some misprints, and on your laptop/computer the miktex is not completely(correctly) installed so it is executed and you dont have the idea where is the error. Best of luck!
To resolve this issue install new updated version of Mitake as attached. I was also the same issue in past which has been then solved by installing it.
basic-miktex-2.9.6850-x64
Install new updated version of Mitake or TexLive (2018) and Run Latex files. Attach .tex and .figures.
