Financial and ICT sector strengthening efforts are vital for SDGs achievements. Can anyone help me by mentioning some principles we can follow as for common for strengthening?
Consider below and derive appropriate principles;
Development of innovative funding mechanisms to support and sustain all future data science projects contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, which require diverse teams, including mathematicians who understand the numbers, data engineers who understand math and able to translate it into code, and designers with business intelligence;
Development of suitable policy and institutional environments, models, targeted incentives and partnerships, which underpinned and strengthened by deep and sustained business, political and citizen engagement;
Development of widely distributed and bottom-up technological (ICT) solutions that are appropriate for communities’ needs;
Development of ICT infrastructure which influence and support circular economy that facilitate keeping resources in use for as long as possible, extract the maximum value from them whilst in use, then recover and regenerate products and materials at the end of each service life.

One of the guests Mr. Alex Wong, the founder of TNG (The Next Generation) Wallet, a start-up that is a boom right now in Hong Kong. He presented an interesting framework on how to include people from developing countries who don't have a bank account. His proposal is very innovative and the core is not Finance, but to be connected fundamentally on Oral Communication and Cultural Diversity. His proposal goes beyond to the concept of banking, because the solution integrates and empowers users.
