I need support in preparing poly(3-aminobenzoic acid). I have come to the traditional method of using hydrochloric acid with ammonium persulfate at low temperature. unfortunately, the yield is very low in addition to difficulties in the washing process (huge excess of water still not enough). this situation led to the belief that there is a severe solubility in the water although, according to literature, it is not water soluble except in the alkaline water.

- Is there a better way for the preparation?

- How to control the polymer molecular weight?

- The most appropriate methods for the process of precipitate washing?
