Dear resarchers,

I have mouse liver slides stained with Sirius red that I need to score for fibroosis.

I would like to ask if someone can provide med with practical guidance on how to score?

When the slide is placed in the microscope:

What objective should i use?

How many fields?

Do i choose an area at the top and bottom?

I hope someone has the answers.
