Post hoc _Aligned rank transformation test

I am conducting an Aligned with 2 factors A and B. A has 3 levels and B has 4 levels. The test revealed significant interaction but no main effect. When I conducted a Post-hoc test to compare levels of each factor within each level of the other factor and vice versa. The results show no significant difference. Is it logical to have such results and how we can interpret it?
