I developed a code for large deformation of slender object kept in uniform magnetic field. I want to get some experimental or theoretical paper to validate the code.

first of all i do not know papers about it, but i think many people know and i have asked to my friends.
If you have time you can desig the experiments in order to validate the code. Maybe you do not have enough time to do it.
Let us see what others say i think there will be many interesting contributions to your project.

Thank you very much for replying Irma. I got an experimental paper (http://www.pnas.org/content/112/23/7135.short) and my developed code able to pick up post-buckled configuration accurately. I am going to submit the article soon.
Indeed, it is an interesting project if someone wants to characterize magnetoelastic properties of a material using rod-type material sample.
