What are the current methods in which one can store a large amount of Sodium Metal for industrial use?
Dear Bryan,
Sodium metal produced in large quantities must be stored under a dry inert gas atmosphere or anhydrous mineral oil to prevent the formation of a surface layer of sodium oxide or sodium superoxide.
Hoping this will be helpful,
Rafik
Thank you Rakif, you are always a big help.
