As an outsider, I wonder if everybody is corrupt or the few make a lot of noise. It is disappointing for those doing the right thing to hear that eberything is bad or not functioning (in Politics or anything else. In my opinion, now a days generalizations, based on few cases, are doing a lot of damage to society. Not to say that corruption is in any way aceptable, but my hypthesis is that the good guys, honest and resposible, working hard for a more sustainable agricultural sector, are the majority.

I understand your point, even because my country is strugling with corruption for decades... and it´s tough!

But I have a good news. There is life after corruption. And there is good politics without corruption. It´s not so spread all over the world, but there is, believe me!

Joaquin Arias : Honesty has different levels and facets. One can be honest in personal relations. However, to be honest to the human society beyond discrimination of regions and ethnicity etc. is much harder. Accumulation of wealth and power due to applications of S&T for mass production, also creates rifts within the society.

There is a time for developing more ethical bases to create a society where rights of non-voiced also could be preserved. We have to develop a framework to preserve our environment and biosphere when knowledge creates peace to all livings, at the place of generating magic irrespective to destroying life system on the earth.
