m working on silver HAP( hydroxyapatite) nanoparticles. but dis particles are not soluble in water can u suggest any solution in which it may get dissolve.....
but i want to try MIC of that.......for tht it shud be solubilize..... becoz they r settling down in test tube and not getting expected results......plz suggest any solution
@mohammad all this articles are very nice but related to synthesis of silver particles..... i already synthesized nanoparticles of HAP and Ag HAP.....but tht are not getting mixed in any solution so m not getting proper results.....plz suggest any solution in which it may get dissolve
Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) in microbiology, is the lowest concentration of an antimicrobial that will inhibit the visible growth of a microorganism after overnight incubation. Minimum inhibitory concentrations are important in diagnostic laboratories to confirm resistance of microorganisms to an antimicrobial agent and also to monitor the activity of new antimicrobial agents. An MIC is generally regarded as the most basic laboratory measurement of the activity of an antimicrobial agent against an organism.
