New to the field of data science. Have been Googleing Elsevier and IEEE for Data science topics. Pls suggest some journals in specific to look at? Which community of IEEE deals with these?

Data Science not only deals with the process of theory like computation and analytics of data, but also its a roadmap to Statistics, BigData, Data Mining acquisition, Clustering Neural Network and Regression process.
I would suggest to take the step upon step like first go to BigData and Statistical Theory.
And if you have some of these idea then follow the Course Tutorial on Machine Learning.
