I want to know if i can incorporate some part of my published article (which arised from my thesis) as direct copy and paste or its paraphrased version in my thesis. Please is that acceptable?

It is totally dependent on university rules.
You have to ask your supervisor and seniors about the actual practice of your university.
In some universities, publication of 2-3 research articles as a first author is one of the pre- criteria for deposition of Ph D thesis.
In some universities, inclusion of reference of such articles are compulsory, in some other universities, it is not allowed to add as reference in the thesis.
Discuss it with your supervisor/adviser. He/She is in better position to advise you. Of a truth, you have to carry him/her with what you are doing. He/She is your "advocate" during oral examination". You start the project together; you must bring the work to an end together.

As mentioned above, you need to carry your supervisor(s) along. There is every possibility that part of your publications will appear in your write up too but it doesn't have to be verbatim.
Let me first congratulate you for have already published part of your thesis even before final submission. Regarding your questions, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, in fact, it shows you did a great job to be able to have published part of it. However, as previous authors suggested, let your supervisor know whatever you are doing. I believe he/she is a co-author to the publication.

Your publications are born out of the development of your thesis and being able to publish means your part of the thesis have been subject to scrutiny through peer reviewed thereby giving credence to your research. hence, you may not have choice but to incorporate such in your thesis, however, like it has been suggested, you will have to avoid being verbatim and you must properly cite and reference such.
My published articles form chapter 4 of my thesis. If your published articles have been written by you, in line with the scope of your thesis and published with the name(s) of your supervisor(s), I think you can incorporate them into your thesis, even verbatim... Meanwhile you have to add a page for list of publications.
Yes, in my opinion also, it depends on the university rules and supervisor's permission.
