Please what's happening to COLLNET Journal of Scientometrics and Information Management, they accepted my paper since 8 months ago upfill now they refused to publish the work. They sai they are maintaining their site. Does anybody know what's goining on with this journal?

The exclusive publication rights are now managed by Taru Publications https://www.tarupublications.com/journal/CJSIM

I spent some time scrolling through their website and everything does not seem to work properly (yet). So, I guess they are still working on their site.
