The child has been receiving treatment for cough for a long time but persist. There is no fever and no night sweat .What is the best treatment to give to the child and he becomes well.
Did you have the child tested for asthma/allergy? Is it a dry, irritated cough?
can the child rum around without any respiratory effect? Is ther e anything that you can see that is linked to the cough, like in specific areas of the living quarters, when they smell anything in particular and the coughing starts?
Hmmm, well I think this is causing the same effect in the airways . The child is amall and so the airways. The dust is irritating the airways and the cough is what is done to expell the irritant.
Interestingly, the effect on the airways can be the same as asthma (but not as severe in this case). If you research Asthma and cough, it is common to find that frequent coughing is a symptom. It is the dust acting as the allergen in the airways. Humidification can help but keep an eye on this child and perhaps get them assessed by someone with some experience of paediatric respiratory problems...and reduce exposure to dust if possible.
firstly you do lab diagnosis to know the possible cause , is it due to bacterial origin so use antibiotic or due to viral origin so use antiviral or is it due to allergy .
