I want set of journals publishing fiber characterization articles with subscription type.

My first thought is Journal of Cleaner Production. Does that fit with your idea?

I also considered Journal of Materials Research and Technology. The website seems to indicate you have the subscription option but I suggest you contact them directly to check.
