Based on my personal experience and the reflection of the other colleagues’ opinions, at present, and especially given the pandemic situation, none of the Elsevier and Springer journals are literally fast, and the average processing time of a paper may be taken between 8 months to more than one year on average. Even journals that used to be relatively fast, such as Elsevier Expert systems or Springer cluster computing, have now increased their submission to accept period to more than 1 year!
I think only open access journals like IEEE Access or MDPI or Hindawi are really fast and publish papers within 1 to 3 months. Fortunately, Hindawi does not charge for Iranian researchers, but IEEE access and MDPI journals are expensive and require a professor grant or supporter.

Shakir Khan Yeah, but most likely, he is still looking for a free-of-charge journal, and JKSUCIS will receive 1350$ APC from October 2021 onwards. Also, unfortunately, Research4Life discounts do not include Iranian authors.
Except for the journals mentioned aboved, wireless networks, computers and mathmatics in simulation are options too. However, maybe, they are not as fast as you expect.
