For TEM or HR-TEM sample preparation (thin film), the substrate is soaked in 400 uL 2-propanol and sonicated for 15 mins for two times. After that, the solution is dropped onto a 200-mesh carbon-coated copper grid. All prepared grids are dried in a vacuum drying oven prior analysis.
