Hi friends, I have EPR spectrum of copper complex and getting difficulty in calculating splitting factor (g parallel and g perpendicular) values. So, I request you to suggest me to solve my problem.

This appears to be a solution spectrum - you can only get g perp and parallel from solid state or otherwise ordered samples.

My apologies. The highly isotropic look of the spectrum made me think it was solution. Apparently you need to use W-band to get enough resolution for your sample perhaps. See this excellent tutorial:
