My dependent variable is saving behaviour measured as a categorical variable.
My independent variables are 11 saving motive statements measured on 5 points Likert scale (5=strongle agree to 1=strongle disagree).
I want to analyse the effect of saving motives on saving behaviour.
Please suggest me the appropriate tool and technique to measure this objective.

I recommend that you convert your 11 Likert-scored items into a single, continuous variable (i.e., a scale). Because there have been so many questions here about creating scales from Likert-scored items, I have collected a set of resources on that topic.

Assuming you attempt to predict values of your nominal dependent variable (NDV) (i.e., saving behavior), having two categories, from the selected independent variable (i.e., saving motive), you could use binary logistic regression. If your NDV had over two categories, you could apply multinomial logit regression. Here is a relevant primer.

if I applied binary logistic regression (as my dependent variable have 2 categories), then is it possible to check 11 independent 5-point Likert scale items with the dependent variable (saving behaviour).
I tried to open the book "Logistic regression: A primer.". but not able to download this.

If One is a likert scale question and the other variable is a categorical data, best would be to go for Chi-square test to measure the association between the two variable; and thereafter a Cameron V test if there is hypothesis testing into consideration.
If you do not create a scale you will have to run 11 separate and non-independent analyses. But if they are different motives they may not form a scale anyway.
