LC MS analysis of 70% MeOH extract of Angiopteris helferiana rhizome revealed 3 compounds.

Compound 1 [M+H]+ m/z 287 at rt 0.9 min and fragments of m/z 255, 169, 154, 127, and 113 in positive mode ESI. (compound 1 must has polarity more than gallic acid, which reveal rt of 1.2 min in similar LC condition).

Compound 2 [M+H]+ and [M-H]- m/z 279 and 277, respectively at rt 6.6 min and fragments of m/z 279, 246, 230, 205, 167, 149, 102, 94 in positive mode ESI, and fragments of m/z 265, 172, 185, 113, 97, 62 in negative mode ESI.

Compound 3 [M+H]+ m/z 313 at rt 8.7 min and fragments of m/z 281, 263, 209, 167, 149, 114, 102 in positive mode ESI. (compound 2 must be a flavone derivative less polar than standard quercetin sowing rt of 7.4 min in similar LC condition).

Please suggest the compound tentatively.
