2. Finite elements, vol 1~5, J. Tinsley Oden, Texas at Austin, USA
3. Finite element procedure, Bathe, MIT, USA
That is called as bilble of FEM.
I recommend first one, J.N. reddy.
because 1 volume and easy explanation, and systemetic increase of difficulty (1D-2D)
Real FE computer program using Fortran. is included.
and third one has Youtube video lecture for linear and nonlinear at MITopencoursewqre

All previous recommendations are good, and I like Robert D. Cook book. However, I would add Comsol modules and tutorials. I like the way how they explain the basics.
