I want to do double IHC for slow Myosin heavy chain type I (MHCI) and fast myosin heavy chain type II  (MHCII ) In paraffin section for rat skeletal muscle I have tried single IHC with these two antibodies and works well (NOQ7.5.4D Mouse Monoclonal to slow myosin skeletal muscle IgG1 (abcam)+ MY-32 ; ab51263 Mouse Monoclonal to fast myosin skeletal muscle IgG1(abcam)) Previously I tried BA-D5 /SC-71 /BF-F3 for both paraffine and frozen but didnot work
