95% of all HT patients have anti-TPO antibodies

and about 60-80% of HT patients have anti-TG antibodies

my practical work gets about 95% TPO positive

but

only 5% of anti-Tg Ab positive?

why

are the presence of one of the positive is enough to diagnose or must two coexist
