my practical work gets about 95% TPO positive
but
only 5% of anti-Tg Ab positive?

are the presence of one of the positive is enough to diagnose or must two coexist
Generation of autoantibodies in autoimmune diseases is complex and never are detectable in 100% of patients with clinical features of a given disease. For example, in ANCA-associated vasculitis 15-60% of patients may be ANCA-negative depending on the phenotype ( MPA, GPA or EGPA). Anti-TPO are more specific and predictor of thyroid dysfunction in autoimmune thyroiditis, and anti TG antiboides may represent a more initial phase in some patients. Negative patients may become positive over time or with a more sensitive test.
