An empirical study on Physical work environment and employee engagement in a Nigerian work setting is proposed.The aim is to (1) establish if providing employees with the right and aesthetic physical work environment will trigger and sustain work engagement.(2) if a correlation exists between dimensions of physical work environment( workspace, furniture, environmental factors such as temperature, lighting, and work aeathetics (interior decor, àrtifacts,and that of employee engagement (vigor, dedication, adsorption)
