Please give me some advice on the method to measurement interior temperature of glass powder coating on steel substrate during heating up and soak period of enamelling process

Material: 300 to 500 micro thickness (may be too thin to embed a thermo couple?) of glass powder coating on 2-6 mm thick steel plate

Heating method, heating up on radiant heater furnace.

Measurement requirements

Measure the interior temperature of glass powder coating during the heating up period ( room temperature to 800/850C and during the soak period 800/850C
