In the present scenario it is becoming very tough for scientific work because of monetary issues but because the whole world is saying that research is becoming directed to covid virus. In such testing times Professors who are working on some conferences and IEEE DBLP WoS Scopus papers and already willing to submit quality papers will not be able to travel but present virtually. Also considering the fact that research and development has to progress we will require to have knowledge about some conferences that are willing to provide maximum fee waiver or charge very less compared to others for publication in noted Regular Oral Paper Sessions,Short Paper Sessions,Poster Session,Industrial Presentations and Exhibits Session.
We are planning to organize a few special session and in we would like to get some ideas of conferences which are asking for without pay paper proceeding and publications,
Please enlist the conference so that I may be enlightened.
From having put on medical conferences before, that they cost a lot of money, so it is unlikely that they are going to do it for free. But, I must admit that I was scheduled for two conferences this April 2020; obviously canceled, and the organizations did refund the money involved. Secondly, it will probably be far less expensive to hold the conferences "on-line." So I would assume that they would lower the conference fees, but I have to assume that the paper submission fees will stay the same. That is what I have seen so far with the AFMR for next year.
I participated in IAPNM for 60 Euro, and I will participate in EMAC regional for 200 Euro ( membership fee for 2021 included)
