I suppose too, it could be minute larva of parositoid insect. Chalcidoidea is possible, but several Diptera (like Bombylius) have larvae, which can be transported by imago of Hymenoptera from flowers in hymenopteran nests. The better photo is needed... :)
Hai, sir ...though am working on predatory mites , such magnification not enough to identify whether it is mites or not. Prepare a temporary slides and take microscopic photographs in high magnification.
