I think this is good idea to have a fryer for street food. Its design must be innovative because big size depending upon customers it is needed.

Further it is suggested to develop your own model using the basic principle of oxidation that is involved in fryer.

If your have oil and containers to boil it, you can use a can of tuna. First, you must put a paper on the top of the Tin of tuna oil. Then, burn the paper. Place the bowl over, a few centimetres. Thus, you can FRY anything, and also your can eat tuna.
