The idea is to develop a software that will be installed into a device (host Device) that will be interfaced with the Pico-Satellite via wireless channels to extract the spatial parameters from the pico-satellite database/log for possible analysis and results to determine it's seriousness to avert damages to transmission/distribution lines and communication systems when energised.
That is a tough question, but someone somewhere has solved most of it. First try contacting the manufacturer of the Pico-Satellite and telling them your whole story. If that is not possible, try asking the technicians and engineers at the local telephone company. Then build on what they know. Maybe if you re-posted the question and mentioned all this it would attract someone who has done it here on Research Gate.
