Hello everyone... Please can anyone help share with me what theory or theories which support a relationship between "organisational culture" and "creativity"?
Please I also very much welcome recommended journal articles and books, thanks.
You can read my creativity chapter in the following book. I wrote about the creativity theories. After you read the theories, you can decide which theory or theories fit to organizational culture.

I'm sure there are more direct sources, but I read a management text by Edgar Schein in which he compared two composite company cultures (I'm sure based on his consultancy experience) that were almost polar opposites of each other, one very hierarchical--private offices, closed doors--and the other with a flat structure, open office spaces where people could bounce ideas off each other. I would have thought that the latter would lead to more creativity, but he made no distinction in that area.
My hearty thanks goes to everyone of you for your vital supports. Please no knowledge is in itself enough, so I do welcome more supports from everyone and anyone who may commit few minutes to help contribute to this field of knowledge. Thanks once again!

Harnessing Creativity and Innovation in the Workplace, available at https://www.researchgate.net/publication/254583219_Harnessing_Creativity_and_Innovation_in_the_Workplace, makes the point that creativity and innovation flourish in organizations that support open ideas: these organizations create environments that inspire personnel and maintain innovative workplaces; those that fail are large organizations that stifle creativity with rules and provide no slack for change. There is a role for management in the creative process: but it is not to manage it; it is to manage for it.
