For me its looks like a claws of reptile(more precisely, i agree with identification of Dr. Christian N.), i agree too the specimens need little bit cleaning and with proper orientation.
There really aren't any terrestrial animals at this time that match that tooth better than pterosaurs. Several groups of toothed-pterosaurs in the Jurassic had elongate teeth, including some members of the Pterodactyloidea. See Ctenochasmatidae and Ornithocheiridae.
Any chance you've managed to do additional preparation to the fossil since your initial post?
