I ran a Kruskal-Wallis H test and the result was .000. So, I ran a post hoc pairwise comparison to see where the difference precisely exists, and one of the results was a p-value of .047. SPSS did not highlight it in yellow like the other significant results.
Should I report it as a statistically significant or insignificant different ...?
p = .047 is statistically significant at an alpha ("significance") level of .05 (because .047 is smaller than .05). In other words, if .05 is the level of alpha that you set prior to conducting the test, then yes, this result would be considered statistically significant.
Can you show your output? Does SPSS print columns for both adjusted and unadjusted p values (idk, haven't used that package for a long time), and if so which of these columns is the p value to which you are referring?

By the way, I just carried out a Kruskal-Wallis test using two different commands (see below), and nowhere do I see highlighting of any p-values (which are found in the Sig. column in SPSS output).
