The hypothesis is: organisational learning moderates the relationship between innovativeness and firm performance to support my hypothesis, I only have two previous studies, is this enough to suggest this hypothesis?
You may go to Google Scholar plugging the keyword(s) of what you are looking for; you will get quite a number of published papers talking about the subject.
By the way, you need previous studies' supports to your findings rather than to your hypotheses.
Two good studies can support your hypothesis. However, you can support your own hypothesis related to mediating and moderating effects by using the PLS model or Path analysis. You can use AMOS or SmartPLS software to run the model.
Your hypothesis should be supported by a theory rather than many previous studies. If there are many previous studies that have found the moderator effect, one might wonder why you are testing something that has been shown many times in the past. If you don't have a theory for a basis, you can state the moderator effect as a research question rather than a hypothesis.
A moderating variable or a moderator can affect the strength and direction of the relationship between the independent and the dependent variables. You may read the following article:
- Jeremy F. Dawson (2014) Moderation in Management Research: What, Why, When, and How, Journal of Business Psychology, 29:1–19. DOI 10.1007/s10869-013-9308-7
Since you employed the deductive method, you should hypothesize relationship between variables based on theoretical perspectives as well as empirical evidences. At theoretical level, you should seek a underlying theory which can support to introduce the moderator effect into your framework. At empirical level, highlighted the previous literature demonstrated the inconsistent findings among each other and provided the belief justifications on the necessary moderator effect in your model.

In fact, you should hypothesize moderating effects based on theories and evidences, as many researchers have suggested.
If you really don't find the right theory and enough empirical evidence, but this moderation effect hypothesis is very important in your study, I suggest you conduct an exploratory research.
