Play dough consisting of PEG 2000 wets and sticks the hand, what is the solution?

We made a play dough consisting of PEG 2000 and starch based binder. it is good and soft, but the only problem is that when playing with the dough for more than a few minutes, the PEG 2000 comes out of it and wets the hand. Does anyone have a suggestion to solve this problem?
