i have modeled a single pile in plaxis 2D with soil parameters(E=20MPa,poisson ratio =.35
C=20 kpa), concrete pile parameters(L=15m d=0.6m Ep=20,000MPa poisson ratio= 0.15) with incremental loads for these parameters P(ultimate)=606 kN,
1)soil is collapsing at 573 kN in plaxis
2)load vs settlement curve is linear upto 570 kN and suddenly changed large
3)how to get shear stress along pile?
4)how to get load distribution along pile in kN?
5) at bottom does it need interface ?
6)how to get load taken by base?

There should be a section in the post-processor that displays the results of piles ( normal force, shear force along the pile, …etc.)
and it doesn't need interface if you use embedded pile.
Your goal is to define the load - displacements behaviour, in order to define the capacity of the pile.
In my opinion your approach is basically corrected. Using the embedded elements require as input the data that you want obtain from the analysis: circular reference.
a) model should be built in axialsimmetry condition (single pile).
b) ok solid + interface.
c) add interface at the bottom
3) shear stress along pile: you have the inferce: the results should be the tau/m/radiant
4) read the vertical stress with vertucil section (sigma/m/radiant)
5 and 6)with the interfce way you can read the interface normal pressure and then your force
