How to get base resistance and skin friction of vol pile in Plaxis-2D for single pile in sand?

i have modelled single pile in sand of phi=32 and Esand =25000kPa Unit weight= 19 kN/m3 u(poisson ratio =.25)

PILE PROPERTIES:-

Model-linear elastic

Drainage- non porous

Unit weight= 24kN/m3

Ep=20000MPa

length of pile =6 mts

diameter=0.6mt

as per is code ult load is sand is 850kN(base resistance ) but if i applied 850 kN uniform load(3000kN/m/m) im getting base resistance only 100kN (which is calculated by taking bottom interface stress and multiplied by respective element area).

Anyone plz tell me exact way to calculate base resistance and skin friction for end bearing pile in Plaxis-2D
