Hey fellow researchers,
i am working on a fem analysis of an indendation test on a cvd diamond coated substrate.The long term goal is to simulate the milling process using diamond coated tools.
I already did a lot of research regarding mechanical properties of CVD diamond and found many useful papers, what i am lacking though are the plastic properties of cvd diamond (yield strength). I would appreciate any papers , concrete values or tips on that regard. The coating thickness is about 10 my.
