Hi Sonal, Thank you very much for the comment. I am quite behind your expectation as I am just going to submit a PhD application and a proposal in DNA barcoding to Plant Genetic Engineering, Dept of Biotechnology, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. To be exact, not yet a PhD student. But your kindness of helping really surprises me and thanks for that.
I actually just need some papers that can give me a glimpse of DNA Barcoding basics and application. Can you advise me on that?

Hi Sonal, Glad to hear from you again. Well, I have to say thank you again for your time and I appreciate it. In fact, I was expecting a message from you yesterday. As since I am a beginner in Plant DNA Barcode, I think it would be better if I can read first the basic ideas and problems yet to be solved. So I am expecting to prepare a proposal with simple knowledge in Plant DNA Barcoding, methods, present questions and problems etc.
