some scholar denote Geography as a social science and some said it is science that link with the man and environmental studies, even today there is strong debate
Geography is a very broad subject. It is positioned in between many social sciences (history, anthropology, economics, demography, etc.) and pure science (biology, physics and climatology, soil science, chemistry, and many many more). Having said this I do not means that an individual geographer has such wide spectrum. At one point in time one specializes....However when studying Geography one usually gets insights in a rather broad spectrum of other sciences and this helps tremendously when later inter-disciplinary capabilities are needed... Here Geographers often stand out....
