Is it a good approximation to have a thevenin's equivalent of photovoltaic source? if I want to approximate it from 27V to 37.7V and Vmpp is 30.7V and voc = 37.7V for analysis and design ? Representing with a voltage source (Voc) and a series resistance Rmpp? Is this range can give good approximations?

For a large signal model you need diodes with caracteristics depening on solar irradiance and further resistors for a PV cell model. If you want to model only small signal characteristics, you can use a linearized model with a circuit consisting of two resistors, one capacitor and one inductance.
You cannot get a maximum voltage from a linear circuit - so there won't be a Voc; you need at least one non linear element to do this. So your circuit will need such a device such as a diode or equivalent to simulate it over a large signal range, As Christian states though, if you only want small signal simulation then a linear circuit will be adequate. Though possibly not so accurate.
