If there is a time interval (about 1-2 months) between sampling and testing, how should be stored the samples during this time that mineral and organic phosphorus fractions as well as bacterial enzymes (phosphatase and phytase) in sediment or soil do not change or have the least change? Is storage at 4 degrees suitable for this purpose? (Fish pond sediment have about 50% moisture)

For chemical analysis such as phosphorus fractions in your case you may store longer time at 4 degree Celsius. For enzyme activity if you want to keep your soil for a long time before analysis, I suggest to freeze your soil in liquid nitrogen, if possible.
