Phospho-ERK band location off?

I'm currently working with changes in p-Erk and after my antibody incubation, the molecular weight was around 50 rather than 42/44, as the data sheet mentioned. I've been a few kilodaltons off before, bu not that many. I'm just wondering if I should be concerned? All of my other probes (GAPDH, Akt) were in the correct location so I've ruled out running the gel longer/slower for better separation.
