You have to draw the angle of S23 (or S32) vs Fred. Band.

You should check both angles of S21 and S31 and then find the phase difference. Angle of S32 is not the phase difference.

Fatemeh Babaeian , in fact im looking to calculate phase difference between two field component ( X and Y). till now , i did not find how to do that in CST! i will be thankful if you can share with me the methods you mentioned ?
