Tired of talking to Russia. Professor A.V. Nikolaev conducted an examination (on the instructions of the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations) in 2006. In order to understand the details, he contacted me by phone and he understood all the details of the Genesis of earthquakes. He gave a positive opinion in 2006. After 6 years in 2012 prof. A.V. Nikolaev (Chairman of the RES) proposed to test the system on real forecasts of earthquakes of magnitude 6 or more. (Place, time, strength of the future earthquake with a lead of five to tens of hours.) I gave 20 predictions and all 20 were correct.

You see, now I have only one station and I only show the anomaly in cases where it is clearly visible above the background.

According to both examinations, Prof. A.V. Nikolaev recommended that my system be taken as the basis for building an international network.

BUT those who do not want to lose part of the budget were told a lie: that I did not publish articles (there were enough articles), that I made a mistake in the forecast in one place - I didn’t give a forecast then, since for a forecast you need at least five stations. (I found that warning. the place is there, the time is right, and the magnitude is 6.5 on average, and I have a peak value of "7".

I sent that accusation of lying to the Prosecutor General and the very next day I received an offer from them to try to work in Obninsk.

BUT. Obninsk is not suitable for forecasting due to the large amount of noise in the nuclear power plant mine (nuclear power plant infrastructure) and there is construction nearby - big noise that is difficult to filter. The station is not suitable for forecasting, but they accused me of not giving them forecasts, although from the very beginning there was no question of forecasts with one station.

I am tired of proving to Russia that I have already passed the examination and no one else has the right to deny the examination of official bodies.

I offer my skill and knowledge to any other country that is willing to fund a forecasting system. I'm not a director, I'm just a consultant.
