I am using multiwalled CNTs foam structure to make a TEG device. Initially I used single junction made of large CNT foam (2inch*3inch) and tried to measure the voltage output using 3 probe method. But, I found very low voltage output compared to literature. So, can anybody please tell me why it is showing extremely low output voltage? Is it because of single junction? Is there any way to increase the performance several times?
The quantity and the very good distribution of the used CNTs are the crucial condition in any work in the field of nanotechnology. That is why you should start your research from such point of view!
Which kind of CNTs did you use? The different factors can affect on conductivity like concentration, dispersion and... .please give more and exact information.

I used MWCNT foam highly aligned after drawing from CNT forest. The CNT was grown by Catalytic CVD. It was 3D foam structure and dimension approx 73*43*11mm. I characterized small size individual p-type CNT and conductivity was good enough.
